HOW TO USE:
Because Monarda Gold is a small molecule plant extract it is extremely versatile, including topically, as it can easily penetrate the skin for localized benefits. Monarda Gold comes in a dropper bottle for ease of use.
Topically - Place 1 drop on desired area (1-3 times a day) and lightly massage in (2 to 3 circle motions is all that is needed, do not rub hard, Monarda Gold® is fast absorbing) For additional benefits, place 1 drop on the bottom of each foot prior to bed. To avoid skin sensitivity it is recommend, but not necessary, to use a carrier oil (such as olive oil, almond oil or coconut oil) to dilute, especially when trying for the first time due to the potency of the oil. This can be done in an equal ratio of 1:1 or 1:3 (Monarda to carrier oil) depending on skin sensitivity.
Aromatic - This can be done through a diffuser (both house and car varieties) or by simply putting 1 drop on the palm of each hand, cup your hands around your nose and breathe in deeply. A personal inhaler is reccommended.
